How Is Your Data Stored?
OfficeManagerOnline securely stores your information on both local and cloud-based systems. We temporarily store data on Google Drive servers then transfer to a DataLocker DL3 external drive which encrypts data using an AES 256-bit XTS mode crypto engine. All business-related data is backed up on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Marketing
OfficeManagerOnline would like to send you pertinent information about products and/or services based on periodic reviews of your business needs. If you have agreed to receive marketing emails, you may always opt-out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop OfficeManagerOnline from contacting you for marketing purposes.
